Our
Story
Our network started in 1998 with our first hobby websites.
Our founders were frustrated with the amount of
annoying ads and lack of information freely available
on the internet. They began the process of developing
a new network of websites to provide others with
the stories, information and pictures collected
while exploring Arizona, with the goal of offering
this information free of charge to anyone interested.
Interest grew in these websites over time. Eventually
a company was formed to develop websites professionally
for clients in Tucson, Southern Arizona, across
the US and even South America. We decided to call
our new company AZ13 to commemorate the 13 original
websites that started the network.
AZ13 has grown to support many dozens of clients with
website projects ranging in size from simple
to the most complex systems. This situation has
positioned us to build the largest community on
the internet for Southern Arizona we call this
network TucsonWebsites.com
Our
Mission is
to create an online community for Arizona,
to aid in economic growth, by providing an environment
to foster partnership among local businesses
and government agencies. To publish, maintain
and connect a network of community websites designed
to entertain, educate and enlighten the residents
of Arizona, while maintaining standards
of personal morals, business ethics and web etiquette. |
